Crying

Rankin

Depression is still one of the great unspoken taboos of society.

We could all be doing so much more to tackle it. A lot of that comes through discourse, dialogue and conversation. Rather than bottling everything up.

Depression is something I don’t suffer from often but when it does creep up on me, I find it very difficult to cope with.
As I’ve got older, I’ve learned to confront things head on.

To reject that quintessentially and absurdly British reticence
of avoiding the elephant in the room.
