Therapeutic photography – mental wellbeing for the young

How can we deliver the best ‘new normal’ if we can’t see the hopes and ideas of young people?

Show and Tell is a new approach to young mental health – a nationwide creative project, which asks every 11-18 year old to express how they feel through photography.

World leading photographers and therapists have created workshop films – online from 7th September 2020 – to teach children photography skills and techniques to support their mental wellbeing. In November their images will become a nationwide exhibition, curated to faithfully represent the emotions of young people around the country.
